The attorneys for the executed killer Jeffrey Weisheit have asked Governor Braun to investigate the drugs, purchased by the state, that were used in that execution.
Those attorneys say the state bought the drugs from a company called Pharmaneek, but is now looking to shut down that pharmacy.
The state Board of Pharmacy is holding a hearing to possibly strip Pharmaneek of its licensure and issue sanctions.
Weisheit was on death row for killing two children by tying them up and setting their Evansville home on fire in 2010.
