One of the three people involved in the death of Ethan Stenftenagel has been sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Deshawndre Brown pleaded guilty in October to murder and robbery with serious injury.
As part of the plea agreement, Brown will be on the violent offender registry.
Investigators say Brown was trying to rob Stenftenagel during a drug deal, which led to an argument between the two.
The argument ended in a deadly shooting in the Evansville AMC parking lot in April.
Kardae Langley’s trial is set for December 14th.
Pierce Butler’s trial is set for February 8th.
