There has been another arrest in the fatal shooting that happened two weeks ago.
17-year-old Ayden Simms is charged with the murder of James Brown.
18-year-old Keaton Howard was arrested for the same shooting with the help of a rap video on YouTube.
EPD says they learned the shooting was part of an ongoing feud between two local gangs, “The Sev” and “The Three Fours.”
