Sept 28 (Reuters) – Anthropic’s IPO prospectus, seen by Reuters, reveals its board and key executives at the helm of the AI giant, as it moves to beat its arch rival OpenAI to go public.
The US IPO market has rebounded in recent months, with the listing of billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s SpaceX earlier this year among the most prominent offerings, boosted by strong investor sentiment in the AI sector particularly.
