State Police have arrested a Jackson County, Indiana, Sheriff’s Deputy.
Skylar Thompson is accused of improperly accessing license plate reader data over an eight-month period.
He allegedly searched the same registration plate number over 2,000 times between December 2025 and as recently as last month through his Flock account access.
As a result, Thompson was charged with one count of Official Misconduct and one count of Fraud.
Thompson is no longer employed with the Sheriff’s Department.
