Madisonville Police arrested an intoxicated woman found screaming on the steps of the Hopkins County Courthouse.
When officers approached Robin Doyle, she became agitated and claimed she was with the FBl and was their superior.
Officers say when they were trying to arrest her, she turned away and began to run up the steps.
While on the ground, Doyle tried to push officers away, grabbed and opened an officer’s vest, and refused to place her hands behind her back.
Her charges include Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, fleeing, and resisting arrest.
