An Evansville man is facing multiple charges after shooting at a vehicle.
Vandan Chinn was arrested Wednesday following an investigation.
Officers responded to a call Tuesday night near Kentucky Avenue and E Riverside Drive after a bullet was found lodged in the seat.
Chinn was identified through a social media video he posted showing the gun and vehicle he was riding in at the time of the shooting.
He is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, criminal gang intimidation, and unlawful carrying of a handgun.
