Yesterday, deputies responded to the 2100 block of West Buena Vista following a road rage incident.
During the investigation, deputies learned that a traffic dispute involving lane changes and one vehicle allegedly cutting off another escalated on Diamond Avenue near St. Joe Avenue.
During the confrontation, the suspect pointed a handgun at the occupants of the other vehicle.
The victims were able to provide deputies with the suspect vehicle’s license plate information.
Kevin Sosa was located at his home a short time later.
He was taken to jail and charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.
