Sunday night’s storms produced several confirmed tornadoes in Indiana and Illinois.
Indiana State Police, along with local emergency crews, responded to a structure collapse in Newburgh.
It was at the Park Place Apartment complex.
The tornado touched down near Epworth Road and State Road 66 around 9:15.
In Gibson County, several homes and businesses sustained damage.
Sheriff Bruce Vanoven said several homes were “completely obliterated.”
Blythe Chapel in Owensville was destroyed.
The church has stood for 96 years.
There were no serious injuries reported.
