The Daviess County girls Little League softball team is moving on to the World Series semifinals.
They beat Puerto Rico 2-0 at Stallings Stadium in Greenville, North Carolina, yesterday.
Coach JW O’Bryan says the girls are loving the community support and are proud to represent Kentucky.
Daviess County will play the winner of today’s game between Latin America and Mid-Atlantic at 2 p.m. CT Saturday on ESPN2.
