A Warrick County woman charged in an animal cruelty case was in court yesterday.
Kimberly Burko pled guilty to three felony charges.
Kimberley Burko was arrested back in 2025 along with her daughter, Shayna Burko, after several animals were discovered living in filthy conditions.
Shayna was sentenced to six years in prison.
Kimberly’s sentencing is on August 26th.
