A Henderson County High School teacher was arrested following an investigation.
Rachel Clement made her first appearance in court yesterday.
Her charges include sexual abuse and Tampering With Physical Evidence.
Clement has since bonded out of jail.
She is not allowed to be on any electronic devices and is not allowed to be on social media.
A trial date is scheduled for October 23.
This is still an ongoing investigation, and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the Henderson Police Department.
