The National Weather Service in Paducah has confirmed that there were at least 15 tornadoes that roared through the tri-state on Sunday night.
Drive-by inspections were done with the help of local Emergency Management Agencies and Homeland Security.
Following today’s findings, we now know that there were 3 tornadoes in Wayne and 1 in White County, Illinois, and a total of 6 tornadoes in Warrick County.
Two in Gibson and Spencer County and Hawesville, Kentucky.
The tornado near Fort Branch was the strongest, having an 11.5-mile path and wind speeds around 115 MPH.
