An Evansville couple was arrested following a crash on Saturday night.
It happened on West Mill Road.
The vehicle was on its side in the ditch, and it appeared as if it had flipped multiple times.
A witness told deputies that a man grabbed a child from the crash scene and jumped over a fence running into Mill Creek Estates.
Brianna Meyer told deputies that she was the one driving, but later admitted that Jon Overton was behind the wheel.
She said he was intoxicated and did not have a license, and he went home.
He was arrested at his residence.
Overton is facing several charges, including DUI.
Meyer was charged with Neglect of a Dependent and Obstruction of Justice.
