An Evansville mother is arrested after a visit from Child Protective Services.
Sheriff deputies were called to a home on 12th Avenue after children were found living in a garage.
Three dogs in kennels were also discovered.
The garage had no running water, no heat or air, and a mattress was blocking the overhead garage door.
The children were allowed to use the restroom at night, but preferred to use a bucket.
Adrianna Scott is charged with neglect of a dependent.
The children are in CPS custody.
