Madisonville Police arrest a moped driver following a traffic stop.
When officers approached Teaaron Barber, they say he looked nervous.
When asked if he had drugs or weapons on him, he hesitated to answer and refused to be searched.
After a struggle, Barber was placed in handcuffs.
A knife and a defaced handgun were found in his pockets.
Barber is facing several charges, including disregarding a stop sign, resisting arrest, and driving drunk.
