Three programs offer proven alternatives to incarceration for individuals with substance use and behavioral health disorders.
They include Forensic Diversion, Day Reporting Drug Court, and Re-Entry Court.
Each program combines judicial supervision, individualized treatment services, and frequent drug testing.
From 2021 to 2024, the programs served more than 440 participants.
