The two men allegedly involved in a murder for hire plot went in front of a judge yesterday.
Court records show that 25 year old Samuel Huggler and 18 year old Daniel Alvey both pled not guilty.
They are both accused of the triple shooting on Kirkwood Drive on December 14.
If found guilty, Prosecutors say they will be asking for a life sentence without parole.
18 year old Olivia Huggler died from her injuries.
Another victim is in critical condition, and the other was treated and released.
