The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will be in Owensboro this weekend.
They will be flying over the riverfront at the annual airshow for the first time in over 20 years.
Thunderbirds officials say they perform for people around the world to show the pride, precision, and professionalism the U.S. Air Force represents.
The Thunderbirds will be performing Saturday and Sunday at 1:00.
The U.S. Army Golden Knights and Titan Aerobatic Team will also be at this year’s airshow.
The event is free.
