Indiana Governor Mike Braun has directed flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Dolly Parton. Parton died Tuesday at the age of 80 after her private battle with cancer. Governor Braun’s flag order applies to flags at the State Capitol and all state facilities statewide. The flag order is effective immediately until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1.
