An appeal from Elizabeth Fox-Doerr, the widow who was convicted of the murder of her husband, firefighter Robert Doerr, has been denied by the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Fox-Doerr argued the court abused its discretion in admitting several pieces of evidence, including her Grand Jury testimony and phone records.
She also argued that the testimony from one of the detectives was an opinion.
She also claimed the evidence was not enough to sustain her convictions.
In denying her appeal, the court said it would not reweigh the evidence against her, upholding her conviction.
