The manhunt for a Fulton County jail escapee is over.
After almost a week on the lam, Michael B. Phillips was arrested Monday night in Carroll County Tennessee.
No specifics of the capture were discussed, but it was noted that a Fulton County man volunteered the use of his airplane for the search, as did Carlisle County which offered the use of its EMA drone.
Phillips escaped from the Fulton County Jail on October 10 through the rec yard.
He was being held on sodomy, incest under 12 years of age, indecent exposure, and terroristic threatening.
