A man in his birthday suit was arrested by EPD Sunday night for blocking traffic.
25 year old Christopher Stinson was seen walking through the Sycamore Street Parking Garage wearing only a pair of goggles.
A pile of his clothing was found in the middle of the road where Stinson had been lying earlier.
He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
